Bupa and Medibank have both refunded customers on CPAP Machines to date. Check with your Health fund provider directly if they have rebates.

Update on Bupa Insurance 22/11/2014, Claim Success.

I have been informed by a client that Bupa has honoured a claim when the client purchased through us. According to the client " You need to have a Sleep Studies report, and an Invoice in the members name".

They direct deposited his claim into his bank account.

SleepSorted's Policy on Health Funds

SleepSorted does not have a Health Fund Number at this stage.

We can offer you an Invoice and our ABN. I am also a qualified Allied Health Professional.

Obviously, to claim with your Health Fund, you would probably need a prescription and/or sleep studies report also. Please check directly with your Health Fund.

You may find that because our prices are so good, it does not pay to go through your Health Fund!

The Health Fund may lock you into buying from a particular retailer, who does not offer competative pricing.

We have our clients deal with their Health Insurance Companies directly at this stage. Each Health Fund has different rules, please check with them directly.

Centrelink Rebates

Centrelink also provides an allowance for CPAP Machines and / or supplies of currently $152 per year if you qualify.
